Walker Centrifuge Services, LLC (“WCS”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. This page explains what information we collect through it, why, and what we do with it. We've kept it specific rather than generic — if something isn't listed here, we don't collect it.
Contact enquiries. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, the reason for contact, and whatever you write in the message.
Job applications. When you apply through our careers page we collect your name, phone number, email address, contact preferences, the city you're based in, the position you're applying for, your availability, work authorization answer, experience and certifications, work history, any resume you choose to upload, and the signature you draw along with your typed name and the date.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or driver's license number through this website. If you are hired or reach a background check, that information is collected separately and securely.
To respond to your enquiry, quote work, or evaluate you for employment. That is the only reason. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Form submissions are emailed to WCS staff involved in responding to enquiries or hiring. We use a third-party email delivery provider to send these messages, and our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Those providers process the data solely to deliver the service.
We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Contact enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. Job applications are retained in line with our hiring records practice and applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Your dark-mode preference is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.
If we add website analytics in future, we will update this page before doing so.
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted over that connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive personal information — such as government identification numbers or financial details — through the forms on this site.
